Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Scheduled treatments are reserved especially for you. We require 24-hour advance notice to cancel or reschedule any service at no charge.
Any changes or cancellations made after the 24-hour window are subject to a $50 fee, which must be paid before receiving any future services.
Our providers work on a per-appointment basis, and we often have a waiting list. Last-minute cancellations make it difficult for us to fill these gaps and can disrupt our schedule.
We appreciate your understanding and adherence to our cancellation policy, as it allows us to continue providing the highest quality service to you and future patients, while also valuing the time of our team members.

Late Arrival

All spa appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for each service.
If arrival is delayed, we will try accommodating your entire appointment, but this is not always possible. Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other patients. Appointments missed by 15 minutes or more can be rescheduled and are subject to a $50 fee. This charge must be paid prior to receiving any future services.
We reserve the right to refuse appointments to patients who disregard our cancellation policy.

Pet Policy

For the well-being and safety of all patients, pets are not allowed except for service animals, as defined by the ADA.

Children Policy

Children are not permitted in order to maintain a safe and peaceful environment. Please call our staff for more information.

No Smoking Policy

For the comfort of all our patients and in compliance with state laws, we maintain a smoke-free environment, including e-cigarettes, to ensure a clean and fresh atmosphere.

Refund Policy

All services and treatments at Sheyla Medspa are non-refundable. The results of aesthetic treatments may vary from patient to patient.
During the patient evaluation, the provider will discuss and explain all expectations for the results. Except for specific touch-ups performed at follow-up appointments, any additional treatments needed to achieve desired results will be priced as an additional treatment.
